The vast majority of the institutions listed below share The College of New Jersey’s “Most Competitive” ranking from the 2007 Barron’s Guide; others are institutions that received a significant number of applications from current TCNJ students. All cost figures are for an out-of-state applicant and were retrieved from the institutions’ websites. Future cost projections were based on a seven percent tuition increase each year, the national average for TCNJ’s peer institutions. The College of New Jersey’s financial aid and scholarship packages were not factored into these calculations.
