REQUEST FOR OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT OF ACADEMIC RECORDS
AUGUST 1990 GRADUATION or LATER
If you graduated from The College in AUGUST
1990 or LATER, you may request your transcript via
T.E.S.S., The Electronic Student Services system. You need a PIN
to request your official transcript. Your PIN is a 6 digit number
representing your date of birth backwards (YYMMDD) unless you changed it
while a student. If this does not work for you or you can not remember
your PIN, contact the Office of Records and Registration at 609-771-2648.
You must enter your SSN and PIN and click on the LOGIN button to
begin.
You must enter your PIN a second time. Click on the LOGIN button
again. If this is the first time you have used your PIN, the system
will notify you to change your PIN. To begin, select the Request Offical

If you graduated from The College in
MAY 1990 or EARLIER, you must request
your transcript by submitting a Request for Transcript Form to the Office
of Records and Registration via fax, mail or in person. To complete this

NO TRANSCRIPT WILL BE SENT IF THERE
IS AN
OUTSTANDING FINANCIAL OBLIGATION
TO THE COLLEGE.
