The Office of Affirmative Action, EEO & Inclusion

The Office of Affirmative Action, EEO & Inclusion offers a variety of services to the campus community of The College of New Jersey. We engage in protecting the rights of students, faculty, administration and staff offering a complaint processing system when cases of discrimination and sexual harassment are alleged. We also provide and facilitate various training programs.

Areas of Responsibility

This Office has four main responsibilities:

  • Monitoring the workforce for EEO compliance
  • Providing diversity/inclusion training
  • Managing the ADA Reasonable Accommodation Requests process
  • Disseminating EEO/AA Information

In addition this Office is charged with creating an inclusive campus environment. The goal of inclusion is to make all students, faculty, employees, staff and administrators feel that they belong to and are a part of the TCNJ community. This office directs programs and initiatives to ensure an inclusive environment for all.
