Purchases on Governmental Contracts (No Threshold)

Without advertising for bids, State Colleges may purchase goods or services pursuant to a contract for those items entered into on behalf of any:

1. Municipality or County contracts in the State of New Jersey; or

   State Contracts: http://www.state.nj.us/treasury/purchase/contracts.htm

2. The Federal Supply Schedules of the General Services Administration

   http://www.gsaelibrary.gsa.gov/ElibMain/ElibHome (GSA Contracts under conditions).
