The Team of Building Services
Building Services consists of over 90 team members. Please let us introduce you to the management team:
Christopher Chamberlin, Director (chamberc@tcnj.edu)
Chris has has been the Director of Operational Services since 2005, having previously worked in several other roles at The College since 1998. He has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Philosophy and a Master of Arts Degree in Counseling and Personnel Services both from The College of New Jersey.
Ron Smith, Operations Manager (smithron@tcnj.edu)
Ron has been an Operations Manager since 1994, having previously worked for The College of New Jersey Housing Operations for 2 years and has had the experience of serving in the United States Air Force, and working on the installation of the Alaska pipe line.
William Coe, Supervisor (coe@tcnj.edu)
Bill has been a Supervisor since 2005 and comes to us from a long career as a consultant in the private sector.
Susan Lederhouse, Supervisor (lederhou@tcnj.edu)
Sue has also been a Supervisor since 2005 and comes to us from previous Builkding Services experince at Bucks Country Communuty College in PA.
Herbert Smith, Supervisor (smith30@tcnj.edu)
Herbie has been a Supervisor with the Office of Building Services since 1998, having previously been a Building Attendant for 20 years for Trenton State College.
Aaron Allen, Supervisor (aallen@tcnj.edu)
Aaron is our newest Supervisor joining our Supervisory team in August, 2007. Previously Aaron has held the posiitons of Building Attendant and Clerk Driver within the Office of Building Sevices.
