Dr. Tucci has a Ph.D. from Temple University with a concentration in Marketing and a minor in Statistics. He has published in the Journal of Marketing Research, Journal of Consumer Marketing, Business Journal, Journal of Services Marketing, Journal of Food Products Marketing, Management International Review, The International Journal of Retail and Distribution Management and the Journal of Retailing and Consumer Services. His areas of research interest include services marketing, food products marketing, personal selling and marketing research.
