LionsPro, powered by MonsterTRAK , is the College of New Jersey's on-campus recruitment program. When you are ready to look for a permanent position or an internship the LionsPro system is one of the most convenient and productive means that you can employ in your job search.
The program allows students/Alumni to submit resumes on-line to potential employers and/or interview one another regarding possible employment opportunities. Employers will decide to promote opportunities in lionspro as a Resume drop, Preselect, or Open Sign-up. On campus TCNJ interviews are the result of a Preselect and can be the first step in many to the interview process and allows you exposure to a wide variety of fields including business, government, social service and healthcare.
