Electrical engineers are concerned with electrical devices and systems and with the use of electrical energy. Virtually every industry utilizes electrical engineers. Electrical Engineering is the largest of all engineering disciplines. Examples of the work of electrical engineers can be seen in the microwave ovens in our home, in the computers used by business, in medical instruments, in military radar systems, as well as in cellular telephones and video conferencing equipment. You can find much more detail information about the Electrical Engineering discipline by visiting the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers webpage.
