September 22, 2006 for December 2006 Graduation, January 29, 2007 for May 2007 Graduation, and up to February 12, 2007 for August 2007 Graduation.

After these dates,
you may print and fax the paper form for completion
of certificate program or graduation
to 1.609.637.5111. A $75.00 fee will be
assessed to your account the first time that you apply to
graduate.
