HEALTH BENEFITS PREMIUM RATES

2007-2008 BIWEEKLY DEDUCTIONS

EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2007

AFT, CWA, IFPTE, GRANT AND NON-UNIT EMPLOYEES

All full time AFT, CWA, IFPTE, Grant, and Non-Unit employees will pay a standard contribution of 1.5% of their annual base salary. The contribution will be on a biweekly basis and will apply regardless of the type of medical plan or level of coverage. This contribution will also apply to those who only select prescription drug coverage.
