Video Conference Phone Charges

The purpose of this policy is to identify the procedure by which phone line charges are applied to video conference events.

Phone line charges will be applied to videoconference events that are requested by any area/department not funded through TCNJ Operating Budgets. The phone line charges will be in addition to any appropriate equipment use charges.

• Only long distance phone charges will be applied.
• Long distance charges - $ .18 per minute, per line.
• The video conference equipment utilizes 3 separate ISDN lines to communicate. These phone charges apply to each line used.
• Charges for International calls vary depending upon geographic location and will be identified upon receipt of each request.
