Non-Emergency Work Requests

Access Control Work Request

Examples of non-emergency work requests would be as follows:

  • A lock operates but with difficulty
  • A door is not completely closing and/or latching
  • Office furniture or cabinet needs to be unlocked and/or keys provided
  • Point-Of-Sale equipment malfunction (Dining Cash Registers, Gold Club Readers, etc.)
  • Non-Emergency repairs and maintenance of automatic handicap door operators
  • Parking gate repairs

Normal work request are processed as quickly as possible. Any questions should be addressed to Mr. Vernon Kelley, Supervisor of Access Control Services, at extension 3126.
