MODERN LANGUAGES PLACEMENT TESTS

FALL 2008

Tests online are FRENCH, GERMAN, ITALIAN, LATIN AND SPANISH

If you wish to test into the following languages you will need to make arrangements with the individual faculty – Arabic, Chinese, Japanese or Russian – or contact the department secretary at 609.771.2235 for more information.

Language Placement Tests will be given on the following dates, on-line on campus in computer labs only from 9:00am to 11:00pm each day from Monday, August 18 through Friday, September 5, 2008.

The tests are timed at 40 minutes so please plan accordingly. You will need to know your TCNJ ID number (not your social security number). If you have already taken the placement test you will not be eligible for a second test unless it is in a totally different language. Remember if you have never studied the language you wish to study at TCNJ you DO NOT take the placement test.
