Mu Sigma Upsilon Sorority, Inc. formally recognizes its interest group called T.I.A.R.A. As a TIARA, women enrolled in a college undergraduate learn to work together as a cohesive group to learn the initial steps for running an organization. TIARA's work with sisters on both a business and social level to create a bond and working relationship amongst one another.
