On-Site Recording Policies

MTSS is available to provide on-site recordings of Campus-wide events.

5 business days advance notice is required, and recordings may be requested through the Media Equipment Reservation System.

For events being taped, we will require the following forms to be signed and given to MTSS staff prior to recording.

• Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act Compliance Form
• Media Release Form (To Be Signed by the Speakers)

Projector Loans for Faculty/Staff

Short-term and Long-term projector loans may be available for academic usage. Click here for more information on our program.

Video Conferencing Requests

Video Conferencing services are now being processed through the Media Equipment Reservation System.

All video conferences are held in Kendall Hall, Room 133.
Technical Staff are available for video conferences Monday - Friday, 7:30 am to 5:00 PM

Since Kendall Hall 133 is an academic classroom, video conferences can only be scheduled when classes are not being held in the room, or if you make arrangements to have the class moved. Media & Technology Support services can not move classes from their regular location.
