If you are experiencing problems with your network connection, please call the Help Desk (x2660) for help. Before you call the helpdesk, please have the following information ready:

• Datajack number (ex. D2023)
• If the jack has more than one port, which port is it? (left or right side)
• When this problem started
• When you will be available for a technician to contact or visit you

The more information you can provide, the better and faster your service will be.
