ATTENTION ALL PLUS AND ALTERNATIVE LOAN APPLICANTS: Please check TESS regularly for your loan to appear as a credit on your bill. Please note these loans can only be certified if you have a completed FAFSA on file and you have received an official financial aid award from TCNJ.

	Free Application for Federal Student Aid
	Financial Aid Information FinAid is the most comprehensive free resource for objective and unbiased information about student financial aid. Includes Budget Calculator, Monthly Repayment Calculator, Direct Consolidation Loan Calculator. See also Debt/Salary Wizard.
	Entrance and Exit Loan Counseling ALL student loan borrowers at TCNJ are required to participate in Entrance and Exit Student Loan Counseling.** TEACH Grant recipients are also required to complete Entrance Counseling.
	TEACH Grant Agreement to Serve (ATS)
	Federal Stafford Loan After completing the FAFSA, and being offered and accepting your Stafford Loan, you will receive an email which includes instructions on how to select your lender. Questions regarding this process should be directed to Ms. Ragsdale at HESAA at (800) 792-8670 ext. 5070.
	Parent Loan for Undergraduate Students (PLUS)
	Federal Graduate PLUS Loan
	ELM Select ELM Select is a comparison tool used to research alternative/private loans.
	PERKINS Loan E-Signature Electronic signature for your Perkins Loan through ECSI.
	National Student Loan Data System Make inquiries about your Title IV loans and/or Pell grants.
	TuitionPay Pay your tuition bills in interest-free monthly installments with the TuitionPay Monthly Plan.
	Search for Scholarships Find college financial aid, and conduct a scholarship search.

*Please be advised that TCNJ will not be able to certify the loan(s) until you have completed a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), received an award letter from The College, and accepted the offered loan(s) via TESS.

**New borrowers must complete Entrance Loan Counseling before the first disbursement of their loan assistance at TCNJ. Borrowers graduating, ceasing enrollment, or withdrawing from TCNJ must complete Exit Loan Counseling prior to leaving the campus. Failure to oblige these requirements may result in award cancellation or the withholding of student records.
