Welcome to the REACH Lab at The College of New Jersey!
The REACH Lab conducts interdisciplinary community-based research on the well-being of emerging adults (ages 18 to 25) who live in urban communities. We try to understand factors that place young people at risk for negative outcomes, such as unemployment or contact with the criminal justice system, and carry out research aimed at promoting healthy development. The Lab is governed by the TCNJ Psychology Department within the School of Culture and Society.
