Residential Networking Services

Welcome to the homepage of Residential Networking Services at The College of New Jersey. We are a division of User Support Services (USS) for Information Technology (IT) and specifically deal with connecting TCNJ student residents to the campus network, including enabling Internet access and privileges. We also provide support to students with networking issues as well as problems due to viruses, worms, spyware, and other forms of malicious software.

You will find this site to be a useful guide on how to connect your computer to the Internet and protect your computer from any harm. If you have any questions or difficulties, we encourage you to contact us at our office in Green Hall Room 2 or call us at x3138 in order to seek assistance.

TCNJ Lab Upgrades	5/09/07
TCNJ is no longer purchasing computers with 3.5" floppy disk drives, so over the next few years they will not be available in our computer labs. IT recommends that you purchase a USB flash drive for portable data transfer. For more information on USB Flash Drives click here.
