SYNOPSIS:
 The sponsor provides an award to recognize undergraduate students
who show outstanding research potential in an area of computing
research.  A cash prize of $1,000 is awarded to each of two
undergraduate students, one female and one male, who are majoring in
computer science, computer engineering, or an equivalent program.
