New ID Card and Parking Procedures for New Faculty and Staff
All new faculty and staff members will be issued a TCNJ ID and faculty/staff parking pass after Human Resources have verified their employment status. All faculty and staff information will be entered into the College’s employment system by the Office of Human Resources during the hiring process. All information will be updated in the ID Card System within 48 business hours of the employee’s start date provided Human Resources has received a completed employment package and has processed the information. Per new college policy, the Office of Student Accounts cannot issue an ID card or parking pass with any other form of authorization (i.e., written authorization from a supervisor, etc.) nor can any information be manually entered into the system to receive the TCNJ Faculty/Staff ID and parking pass. New hires should report to the Office of Student Accounts, Green Hall 119 during regular business hours to obtain their ID and parking passes and must provide photo identification and their vehicle registration(s). Faculty and staff members may obtain two (2) vehicle stickers and one (1) motorcycle sticker (if applicable). As a reminder all cardholders are responsible for maintaining a valid ID Card in proper working condition. Lost, stolen or misplaced cards must be reported immediately to the 24 hour On-line Card Office or by contacting the Office of Student Accounts at (609)771-3146. There is no charge for the original TCNJ College ID. There is a nominal $15.00 replacement fee if lost or stolen.
