Membership Criteria:
General Board
Any TCNJ student may become a member. Membership is open to all without regard to race, color, creed, gender, religion, nationality or sexual orientation.
Active members will be defined as those who do not miss more than three meetings and attend at least one Unión Latina functions per semester.
Any member failing to follow the Unión Latina Constitution shall be considered inactive.
Executive Board
Executive Board Positions shall consist of nine positions:
Where necessary, the executive board members shall supervise one or more committees with the assistance of an appointed committee chairperson.
Only active members of Unión Latina, with at least a 2.5 overall cumulative GPA and a minimum of 12 credits, can be nominated and run for election of any Executive Board position.
The Executive Board shall serve a term of one calendar year, beginning in May and ending in the following May.
The Executive Board shall uphold the purpose of this organization and follow respectfully the Constitution of Unión Latina.
