Policies and Procedures

Office of Anti-Violence Initiatives (OAVI) Procedures- a one page overview explaining who is eligible, how to access services, and what you can expect.

Campus Procedures in Response to Sexual Assault, Domestic Violence, and Stalking- the campus-wide procedures geared toward enhancing communication between departments, minimizing the re-victimization of victims/survivors. and increasing access to victim-service resources.

The Survivor's Guide to Sexual Assault- a pamphlet that outlines the actions a victim/survivor of sexual assault can take to secure her/his safety, report the assault, and seek help.

Legislation

NJ Sexual Assault Statute- the NJ state law on sexual assault.

NJ Domestic Violence Statute-the NJ state law on domestic and dating violence.

NJ Stalking Statute- the NJ state law on stalking.

NJ Campus Sexual Assault Victim's Bill of Rights- the NJ Bill of Rights articulating requirements for policies, procedures, and services to ensure the needs of victims are met and that state colleges create and maintain communities that support human dignity.
