Information
What is the Education Interview Days Program?
Each spring the Office of Career Services, with the School of Education, invites school districts to recruit on-campus as part of Education Interview Days (EID).
What areas do districts recruit for?
The school districts conduct interviews of TCNJ graduates for employment opportunities in teaching, school guidance, administration, and school nursing. Last year over 150 districts from across New Jersey, Eastern Pennsylvania, New York and Hawaii, held more than 1700 interviews with graduating TCNJ students for various education positions.
How Does the Process Work?
The school districts that are scheduled to come to campus receive, in advance of their visit, the resumes of eligible and interested candidates they would like to interview. They then select a slate of students to interview from the resumes they receive.
