HEALTH BENEFITS PREMIUM RATES

BIWEEKLY DEDUCTIONS

EFFECTIVE January 1, 2009

AFT, CWA, IFPTE, GRANT, NON-UNIT EMPLOYEES,

& PBA Hired after 7-1-07

All full time AFT, CWA, IFPTE, Grant, Non-Unit, and PBA (PBA members hired after 7-1-07) employees will pay a standard contribution of 1.5% of their annual base salary. The contribution will be on a biweekly basis and will apply regardless of the type of medical plan or level of coverage. This contribution will also apply to those who only select prescription drug coverage.
