An official TCNJ e-mail will be sent to all students advising them their bill is available on T.E.S.S. along with the payment due date. Students are responsible for forwarding e-mails to the responsible paying party. Payment may be made on-line using a credit card or e-check. Checks may also be mailed to TCNJ, P.O. Box 8500-1791, Philadelphia, PA 19178-1791. Please indicate on the check the student’s TCNJ ID number and semester being paid. Bill inquires can be sent to stuaccts@tcnj.edu or (609) 771-2172.
