Guest and Visitor Permits

Campus Police

Campus Police is available 24 hours a day, seven days per week for the issuance of visitor permits.  Campus Police is located in the Administrative Services Building on the first floor.  They can be contacted at (609)771-2167.

Information Booth

Upon arrival on campus, all visitors (including guests of students, faculty, and staff, contractors and vendors) must report to the Information Booth for parking instructions and permits, unless prior arrangements have been made.  The Information Booth is located near Paul Loser Hall.  If the Information Booth is closed, visitors must report to Campus Police.

Faculty and Staff’s Visitors

Faculty and staff who are expecting visitors should contact Campus Police for arrangements.  You may also contact the Parking Manager via email at parking@tcnj.edu for visitor permits.  Every effort will be made to provide parking within reasonable proximity to their destination, but advance arrangements (with Campus Police) are essential if a large number of guests are expected.

Student’s Visitors

Students who are expecting visitors on campus should advise them to proceed to the Information Booth or Campus Police to obtain a permit before parking on campus.  This type of permit will not exceed a forty-eight (48) hour duration.
