Judicial Boards at TCNJ

Judicial Affairs at The College of New Jersey employs four judicial boards to assist with the disposition of various judicial cases. Each board serves a specific type of case:

All College Disciplinary Board (ACDB)

The ACDB considers the most serious cases of a disciplinary nature. Each ACDB case is heard by a minimum of a chairperson (faculty member or administrator), one faculty member, one administrator, and two students. Most ACDB members hear between 2-4 cases per academic year.
