Mary Lynn has been the Director of the W.I.L.L. program and Advisor to the W.I.L.L. student organization since August, 2002. She has been an Adjunct Professor in Women's and Gender Studies for eleven years. She teaches "Women, Culture, and Society", "Global Women Writers," and the W.I.L.L. senior capstone "Women's Leadership and Social Change." She focuses her academic interests on women's activism, leadership, literature, and transnational issues.
