Reporting Ethics and Other Violations

If you are aware of any conduct, act or omission, which you feel violates applicable law or regulation or College policy, we urge you to report it to your Department Head, Dean or Vice President. In addition, any ethics violations may be reported to the College Ethics Liaison Officer, Thomas Mahoney, at 609-771-2734 or ethics@tcnj.edu.

The College has established procedures for reporting other concerns and violations to campus officials. There are different channels for reporting different types of violations. These violations would include:

In addition, the College has made available to you a confidential hotline (1-888-366-6025) for reporting misconduct. The College has selected a nationally recognized vendor, EthicsPoint, Inc., to provide this service.
