Participating Libraries
Application Form
This agreement is made January 2, 2002, by and between the Participating Libraries to provide reciprocal borrowing privileges among and between them. This agreement is designed to enhance the resources available and does not replace the institution's mission in acquiring resources necessary to support its curricula.

The Participating Libraries agree to permit borrowing of materials by faculty and staff members at participating institutions. The "home library" is the institution in which the faculty or staff member is duly employed. The authorized signature on a VALE Application Form indicates that the issuee is a current member in good standing with the home library. The home library keeps a copy of this form, and the orginal signed form goes to the lending library
