ACM Meeting Minutes from 10/27/05:

* Halo Night (co-sponsored with ASME)
  - November 11, time TBA
  - The option to play in a tournament will be available.
  - Teams will consist of four players each.
  - Forms for equipment loans and team registration will be available soon
either through an email or the ACM website (http://www.tcnj.edu/~acm).
  - Advertising will include: emailing other organizations; submitting the
event to The Signal, The Calendar, The Daily Jolt, The Signal Online,
Caught22; flyers; chalking.
  - $5 will get you in, a slice of pizza, and 2 cups of soda.
    > Discounts: 2 for $8 and a team of 4 for $15.

* Both the website and Pick-A-Prof are progressing

* ACM FACTS Session
  - November 30 (Computer Security Day), time TBA.
  - In honor of Computer Security Day, spyware/virus removal will be
discussed for the benefit of the entire campus community, generally
focusing on free tools.

* Goals for the next meeting:
  - Have two flyers created.
  - Get the website up and running.
  - Reserve rooms and projectors, and be ready to start advertising for
the game night.
