ACM Meeting Minutes for 9/27/2006

Upcoming Events:
Computer Swings, Saturday Oct 7th –
 -Smash old computers to relieve stress!
 -Packer hall parking lot
 -Free for everybody
 -Car(s) needed to help us transport equipment from Holman to Packer day of.

Off-Campus Halloween field trip:
 -Eastern State Penitentiary “Terror Behind the Walls” in Philadelphia
 -Rides to and from the event
 -Dates being considered for the event: Oct. 12, 19, 24, 26, or 28
 -$15 per person, plus a free gift
 -ACM volunteer drivers will be given Directions and Gas Money

PHP Workshop:
 -ACM needs to do two events each year
 -Last two weeks of October
 -Learn basic PHP for dynamic web development
 -Contact the ACM at acm@tcnj.edu if you’d like to help or learn!

Digital Fortress:
 -Currently we need more members to help out with the LAN party
 -$150 from the ACM account will be used to help purchase equipment
 -People need to help testing the network a few weeks in advanced
 -Contact Andrew Heiss to help out with Digital Fortress
