Not all learning happens in the classroom. ACM offers members the opportunity to step out of campus and explore other places and meet new people. In the Spring 2014 semester, the ACM group visited the Princeton-based Venture Capitalist firm, Tigerlabs. There, our members not only got a tour of the facilities lead by one of the co-founders, but they also got to meet some of the engineers and learn a little bit about what it's like to build a startup. Aside from the Tigerlabs trip, our members also had a strong presence at hackathons and other academic events that took place outside of school.
