TCNJ does not provide an Admissions Interview as part of the application process.
| $70 application fee | Non-refundable fee must be a check or money order in U.S. currency and issued by a U.S. bank. Payments can also be made online through the Common Application. |
| Affidavit of Support & Financial Information Forms | These forms verify full funding for your education and can be downloaded here. Note that financial aid and scholarships are not available to international students. Additional information can be found on the International Student Supplement. |
| Essay | Write an essay of approximately 200 words on a separate sheet of paper. Express why you wish to attend TCNJ. Include information concerning career goals and what your presence will add to the TCNJ community. |
| Academic transcripts | All applicants must submit High School Transcripts. Transfer Students must submit all College/University transcripts. Transcripts must be submitted to a United States agency that provides foreign credentials evaluations before being sent to TCNJ. |
| Scholastic Aptitude Test Scores & TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) Scores | We recommend that you take the SATs prior to December due to the time it takes to process the scores. TOEFL is required if English is not your native language. A score of 90 is recommended for the Internet Based Test, while a score of 550 is recommended for the paper exam. TCNJ's SAT CEEB Code is 002519 and our ACT CEEB Code is 002614. |
| Doctor's Certification | This certification is used to determine if you are in good health and have had your vaccinations. |
| Academic Major | Your declaration of a Major. |
