Below is the chart for the State’s Direct 15 Health Benefit Plan and Prescription Plan for 2011 comparing the annual cost to
a private plan like the Council employees have which isn’t as good as the State’s plan. The State plan costs for Aetna and
Cigna are a little bit higher that Direct 15.

 

Please note that the State rates quoted below begin in 2011. Also, the private Aetna plan could be as much as 20% higher for 2011.
