Financial Web Report Access
The College's financial accounting system, "PeopleSoft Financials," incorporates "Financial Web Reports," which enable authorized users to view all financial transactions specific to a given cost center or budget, including the ability to "drill down" further to view specific information.
To gain access to these Financial Web Reports, complete the Financial System Security Access Form. This form must include the chartfield combination (fund, class dept id, etc) for the cost center that you will need to view on the web. When access is granted, your username and password will be emailed to the email address you provide on the Financial System Security Access Form.
Individual or group training on utilizing and interpreting the Financial Web Reports is provided to the campus community. To request a training session, send an email to budfin@tcnj.edu .
