Health and Exercise Science Options: Teaching, Exercise Science/Non-Teaching

Baccalaureate / Master of Arts in Teaching

Education of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing/Elementary Education (non-certification at the baccalaureate level; 5 year dual certification at the master’s level)
Special Education
(non-certification at the baccalaureate level; 5 year dual certification at the master’s level)
Teacher Preparation Programs Educational Administration and Secondary Education
Students seeking certification to teach at the secondary level enroll in one of the following academic majors: Biology, Chemistry, Physics, English, History, Mathematics, Spanish.
  Deaf Studies Minor
  Communication Disorders Minor

* Students enrolled in the Early Childhood and Elementary Education major are required to also select one of the following second majors: Art, Biology, English, History, Mathematics, Music, Psychology, Sociology, Spanish, Math/Science/Technology
