Waters Scholarship
The Waters Scholarship was created for a rising junior or senior enrolled full-time in the School of Business who has an overall grade point average of at least 3.0, is a native of Mercer County, NJ, and demonstrates financial need. Preference is given to a student who exhibits outstanding leadership skills within the School of Business, in college extracurricular programs, or in his/her community. This is a $1,000 award made possible by the generosity of Donald Waters, a former member of The College of New Jersey Foundation, and his family. The Waters Scholarship is renewable, provided the student continues to satisfy the requirements.
In the Fall 2005 semester, the recipient of the $1,000 Waters Family Fund Scholarship was Accounting student Michael Perilli, '07. At the time of the award, Michael was part of the Johnson & Johnson co-op program. In the Spring 2006 semester, he interned at Deloitte & Touche. Michael's scholarship was renewed for the 2006-2007 academic year.
Dean Osagie congratulates Michael Perilli, '07, Fall 2005 recipient of the Waters Scholarship.
