Ely-Allen-Brewster Water Infiltration Remediation

General Description.  The Ely-Allen-Brewster Water Infiltration project will address various water infiltration issues, including the following:

• The slate roof will be replaced with asphalt shingles, and the existing EPDM roof will be replaced.   The gutters and downspouts will be replaced.
• Selective areas of limestone water table will be repaired.
• Water infiltration at brick chimney will be remediated.
• Wood fascia trim will be scraped and re-painted.

Design Team.  The design and construction administration will be provided by TBS Services, Inc.
