Green Hall Building Envelope Remediation

General Description.  The Green Hall Building Envelope Remediation project will address various water infiltration and building envelope deficiencies, including the following:

• The slate roof will be replaced with synthetic slate shingles.  The gutters and downspouts will be replaced.
• Selective areas of brick and limestone will be re-pointed and re-pinned.
• The clock tower and fascia trim will be scraped and re-painted.
• The four corner entrance steps will be repaired.
• The bay windows will be replaced with energy efficient windows.
• Additional areas of the foundation may be waterproofed, as needed.
• The existing windows will be analyzed and evaluated for repairs and/or replacements.

Design Team.  The design and construction administration will be provided by TBS Services, Inc.

Current Status.   TBS has submitted the design development documents. The construction document phase is scheduled to begin in late July 2008.
