Kendall Hall Water Infiltration Remediation

General Description.  The Kendall Hall Water Infiltration project will address various water infiltration issues, including the following:

• Portions of the existing EPDM roof on the 1960’s addition will be replaced.  The areas not included in this scope of work are in good condition, and are under warranty.
• The existing slate shingle roof will be replaced with a synthetic slate shingle roof.  Existing gutters and downspouts will be replaced.
• The wood fascia trim will be scraped and re-painted.

Design Team.  The design and construction administration will be provided by Faridy Veisz Fraytak.

Current Status. The investigative phase submission is due in late July 2008.
