Johnson & Johnson Programs
Johnson & Johnson offer two programs:
- Financial Leadership Development Internship Program (FLDP)
- Information Management Leadership Development Program (IMLDP)
Johnson & Johnson Financial Leadership Development Internship Program (FLDP)

- The process for conducting an internship search is similar to any job search process. To assist students in this process, Career Services offers the following:
- This six month paid internship program offered January-June or July-December cycles involves a 30-40 hour work week
- Assist with quarterly and yearend closing process
- Support yearly business plan process through preparation of budget forecast and management review packages
- Analyze the income statement and balance sheet across time, provide financial assistance & support to functional areas outside of finance
- Extensive use of Excel and internal financial systems and exposure to J&J consortium classes
- Qualifications involve Sophomore or Junior status 6 credits in finance or accounting.

Johnson & Johnson Information Management Leadership Development Program (IMLDP)

- The process for conducting an internship search is similar to any job search process. To assist students in this process, Career Services offers the following:

- IMLDP participants analyze business processes, identify and explore new information technologies, apply and evaluate systems performance, as well as design prototype projects and components.
