On-Campus Student Employment

If this is your first time working for TCNJ, please continue reading! You will need one document: an I-9 form. Follow the directions below and click the links at the bottom of this page to access and fill out the I-9.

1. On or before your first day of work, come to Career Services Forcina 158.
2. Bring with you identification required to complete your I-9. Drivers Licence and your actual Social Security card (not just the number) -or- Passport and a copy of your Social Security card.
3. Complete the I-9.
4. Confirm with your employer your working hours

To view and make changes to your W-4 form, log on to YESS.

Please wait to sign and date your I-9 until you arrive at Career Services.

Note:

• For payroll purposes, be sure to provide Career Services 1 document with your legal name and social security number.This document must originate by an outside authority.
• Students may work up to 15 hours per week during the school year.
• Students may work up to 40 hours per week during the summer months.
