Anasazi 60 MHz NMR Instrumentation Preparation

Use Instrument Setup Guide and perform the following:

Step B.-First spectrum of the day only, run shim or shim3 on methacrylate standard (brown tube).

Step C.-Set TMS at zero.

Routine Sample Analysis

A. Loading the Sample

1. Eject standard and remove spinner.

2. Insert your sample into the spinner and measure depth.

3. Place spinner with sample in magnet (rides on air).

4. Turn spinner air off, sample will drop into probe.

5. Turn spinner air on, close lid.

B. Follow instructions on 1H Survey Guide using data\PNMRFID as the filename process using method 7b, peak pick with 14b, skip expanded region 15, plot data.
