Research
My interests lie within a broad area of research known as
biophysical chemistry, that is, the application of physical
chemistry methods to the understanding of how biological macromolecules
(proteins and DNA) “work”. My research focuses
on the use of spectroscopy -
Electron Paramagnetic Resonance, Nuclear Magnetic Resonance
and Raman - to study membranes, membrane-bound proteins, and
DNA.
Interests/Personal
I enjoy bicycling, gardening, and camping.
