Research Interests/Experience: Dr. Sen's research interests are in plant and insect metabolism and the development of agriculturally-relevant synthetic agents.  Her work has been funded through the National Science Foundation, the National Institute of Health, and the U.S. Department of Agriculture.  She has been the recipient of several university teaching awards and the Herman Frasch Foundation Award for Agricultural Research.
