For Students or student organizations wishing to plan an event or Faculty/Staff wishing to plan an event, such as a department party, please use the Resource 25 (R25) form below. In addition, if you would like to request a Vendor Table in the Student Center, use this form as well. PLEASE keep in mind you must be using a computer on campus to use this form.
