The following opportunities are available:
- *Official Sponsor of the Community Fest Village*
* *Exclusive billing as the Community Fest “Signature Sponsor”. *
* Your name/logo will be prominently displayed as the /Signature
Sponsor/ on a banner located at the main entrance to the campus
(Rt.31) as well as on all signage throughout the Township through
the Community Fest weekend of festivities.
* Your name/logo and acknowledgment as the/ Signature Sponsor/ will
be prominently included in all pre-event promotional
advertisements, press releases, flyers, brochures and signage.
* Featured ad on the Com Fest web site sponsor page with a link to
your home page.
* Acknowledgment as the/ Community Fest Signature Sponsor/ on all
day of event promotional materials.
* /Signature Sponsor/ complimentary tented booth prominently located
on Sponsor’s Row in the “ Community Fest Village ” with /Signature
Sponsor /signage.

Additional Sponsorship Opportunities
* To sponsor a Ewing School or community performance group, the
headliner band that will close out a day of terrific entertainment
or *to develop an individualized sponsor package to meet your
specific needs*, please contact us for additional information.
*PLEASE NOTE:* In addition to support of the overall event, each sponsorship level provides for unique naming opportunities as noted within each category above.
If you do not wish to participate as a sponsor at this time, you may still reserve a booth in "The Community Fest Village." Please see *Vendor/Crafter Information* <vendorinfo.html> for instructions on how to reserve a booth.
Signature Sponsor ($7,500)
Official Sponsor of the Community Fest Village
- Exclusive billing as the Community Fest “Signature Sponsor”.
- Your name/logo will be prominently displayed as the Signature Sponsor on a banner located at the main entrance to the campus (Rt.31) as well as on all signage throughout the Township beginning Labor Day weekend through the Community Fest weekend of festivities.
- Your name/logo and acknowledgement as the Signature Sponsor will be prominently included in all pre-event promotional advertisements, press releases, flyers, brochures and signage.
- Featured ad on the Com Fest web site sponsor page with a link to your home page.
- Acknowledgement as the Community Fest Signature Sponsor on all day of event promotional materials.
- Your name displayed on a banner at the Community Fest Bandstand, prominently located on campus.
- Signature Sponsor complimentary tented booth prominently located on Sponsor’s Row in the “ Community Fest Village ” with Signature Sponsor signage.
Shining Star Sponsor ($5,000)

- Your name/logo and acknowledgement as a Community Fest Shining Star on all pre-event promotional materials including press releases, advertisements, web site, posters and signage.

- Your name/logo prominently displayed at the “Gateway to the Community Fest Village ”.
- One complimentary tented booth on Sponsor’s Row in The Community Fest Village.
Community Leader ($3,000)
- Acknowledgement as a Community Leader on all pre-event promotional materials including brochures, press releases, advertisements, web site and signage.
- Acknowledgement as a Community Leader on all day of event promotional materials.
- Your name prominently displayed on the Com Fest web site sponsor page.
- One complimentary tented booth on Sponsor’s Row in The Community Fest Village.

- Sponsorship of “Theatre al Fresco” – outdoor seating area at the ComFest Bandstand
- Sponsorship of “The Fun Zone”
- Sponsorship of the ‘Kids Bop’: D.J. performer
Community Builder ($1,500)
- Your name will be included as a Community Builder Sponsor on all pre-event promotional materials, including brochures, advertisements, flyers and press releases.
- Your name will be displayed on a banner (location coordinated with selection below).
- Acknowledgement as a Community Builder on all day of event promotional materials.
- One complimentary tented booth on Sponsor’s Row in The Community Fest Village.

Community Visionary ($1,000)
- Your name will be included as a Community Visionary Sponsor on all pre-event promotional materials, including brochures, advertisements, flyers and press releases.
- Acknowledgement as Community Visionary on all day of event promotional materials.
- Your name will be displayed on a banner or signage based on selection below.
- One complimentary booth on Sponsor’s Row in The Community Fest Village.

- Sponsorship of Café Community Fest – outdoor tented dining area
- Sponsorship of Community Fest Welcome Center
- Sponsorship of the Com Fest Village Main Information Booth
- Sponsorship of Inflatable “Bounce” (5 opportunities will be available)

- Acknowledgement as Community Patron Sponsor on all day of event promotional materials.
- Your name will be displayed on a banner or sponsor sign based on selection below.
- One complimentary booth on Sponsor’s Row in The Community Fest Village.

- Sponsorship of strolling magicians and entertainers
Community Ambassador ($500)
- Acknowledgement as Community Ambassador on all day of event promotional materials.

Community Friend ($100)
- Acknowledgement as Community Friend on Sponsorship signage at Information Booth.
