TCNJ Student Organization Information
All TCNJ Student Organizations are invited to participate in Community Fest. There are three options your organization can take advantage of:

Volunteers
The Community Fest Volunteer option is our most popular (and most important!) option. Your group may sign up for one or more of the following volunteer positions:
Logistic Support Specialist
- As a Logistic Support Specialist, your organization may assist with set up, break-down, and/or other forms of logistical support. Your primary responsibilities will be to help the vendors load and unload their equipment/materials from the parking areas to the Fest site.
Children's Activity Host
- As a Children’s Activity Host, your organization will host a craft activity in the Fun Zone, such as pumpkin painting, spin art, bead art, henna tattoos, story book reading, or any other craft activity your group would like to host.
NOTE: You will be responsible for covering the cost of any materials your group will need. However, if finances are an issue please contact us and we'll work with you to find a solution.
Community Fest Associate
- As a Community Fest Associate, your organization may meet and greet attendees, assist with mascots and character costumes, hand out balloons, assist special needs guests with golf cart transport, assist operators with line up at the inflatables in the Fun Zone, and/or help manage the Community Fest Bandstand.

Performers/Demonstrators
In addition to volunteering your time, you and your organization members may put on a performance (dance, singing, theater, etc.) or provide a demonstration (science, education, etc.) that best exemplifies your organization’s purpose or fits into the Fest's overall theme.
