Ewing Community and TCNJ Community Volunteer Information
The success of Community Fest depends on the commitment of the volunteers. Please let us know how you would like to offer your support to Community Fest. You may register to volunteer individually or you may register to volunteer your group.
The deadline to register as a Community Fest Volunteer is Friday, October 9, 2009.
On-Site Volunteers
The Community Fest Volunteer option is our most popular (and most important!) option. As an individual volunteer or as a group you may sign up for one or more of the following volunteer positions:
On-Site Support Specialist
- The On-site Support Specialist may assist with tasks event set up, break-down, and other tasks necessary for providing on-site event support. On-site support specialists may be asked to assist with event set-up and break-down, meet and greet festival guests, vendors, and sponsors, assist special needs guests with transport, assist performers and with stage production, among other necessary on-site duties.

Community Fest heavily relies on and greatly appreciates the support of the TCNJ Student Organizations! Thank you for your participation in the past and we hope that your groups will continue to participate this year.

Children's Activity Host
- As a Children’s Activity Host, your organization will host a craft activity in the Fun Zone, such as pumpkin painting, spin art, bead art, henna tattoos, story book reading, or any other craft activity your group would like to host.
NOTE: You will be responsible for covering the cost of any materials your group will need. However, if finances are an issue please contact us and we'll work with you to find a solution.
